The Feil Organization Signs Mulligan Security to 9,087 SF at 7 Penn Plaza

New York, N.Y. - Mulligan Security LLC has signed a 10-year lease for 9,087 square feet of office space at 7 Penn Plaza. The property is owned and managed by The Feil Organization.

Mulligan Security LLC is a division of Protos Security, a leader in technology-enabled security services. Mulligan provides best-in-class security and fire and life safety professionals to prime high-rise commercial office buildings, major corporate facilities, and company headquarters throughout the tri-state area. The first security firm in the nation to receive prestigious recognition from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Mulligan is relocating from 2 Penn Plaza and will take possession of its new space in August.

“Mulligan was looking for built space near its long-time home in the Penn Plaza neighborhood. The 17th floor unit at 7 Penn was recently renovated and wraps the north side of the building with views over Madison Square Garden next door, Seventh Avenue and Hudson Yards,” said David W.
