Financial, Tech and Digital Marketing Companies Take 52,000 SF At The Feil Organization’s Midtown South Portfolio

New York, N.Y. - The growth of Midtown South as a prominent business destination continues with the signing of three major new tenants, including two in the rapidly growing tech sector, comprising nearly 52,000 square feet at The Feil Organization’s 841 Broadway, 250 Park Avenue South, and 257 Park Avenue South, the company announced today.
Global professional services firm Ernst & Young has renewed and nearly doubled its space at 841 Broadway for a total of nearly 27,000 square feet comprising the entire fifth and eighth floors. Cryptocurrency trading firm, Digital Currency Group, has signed a new 11,985-square-foot lease for the entire fifth floor of 250 Park Avenue South. Digital marketing agency Bulletproof has signed a new long-term lease for the entire eighth floor of 257 Park Avenue South. The new and expanded leases bring Feil’s Midtown South portfolio to 98 percent occupancy.
“These leases represent significant expansions for all three companies, all of whom are poised for more growth in the future. Our ability to accommodate this growth has been a key factor in making these transactions happen. The close proximity of the buildings in the portfolio gives our tenants the flexibility to add space when needed,” stated Robert Fisher, Director of Commercial Leasing for The Feil Organization. “EY has been a valued tenant at Feil’s 841 Broadway for some time, and we welcome DCG and Bulletproof, which are two of the most dynamic companies in their respective fields.”
Fisher represented The Feil Organization in all three leases. Samuel Clark and Charlie Stephens of Cushman & Wakefield represented Ernst & Young. Michael Mathias of Savills Studley represented Digital Currency Group. Bulletproof was represented by Michael Thomas and Aidan Campbell of Colliers International.
Built in 1912, the 20-story 257 Park Avenue South (known as the Gramercy Park Building) is located between 20th and 21st Streets in the heart of the active Flatiron District/Union Square/Gramercy Park area. Also known as The Roosevelt Building, the eight-floor 841 Broadway has been spectacularly renovated to include upgraded elevators, a modernized lobby, and more than 52 newly installed windows providing tenants with cityscapes unmatched in the area. At the base of 841 Broadway is one of New York City’s busiest subway stations and one of the most easily accessed areas in Manhattan.
